Countries with the highest annual membership growth rates in 2018 (10% or greater) are listed below. ReplyDeleteGreat to see Guinea and Cuba to get on the map as far as significant growth. About time!
ReplyDeleteRwanda is a significant country as well. It and its mirror neighbor Burundi pose great opportunities for growth based on the fact that they are so concentrated in population, once critical growth is achieved with a district or stake or two the networking of Gospel outreach will really catch hold. Maybe scenarios like we have seen in Cote d'Ivoire, very robust and substantial.
Great reporting and notes, thanks.
Chile is getting its third temple. I hope it excites a lot of long time members. We are talking tens of thousands. Southern Chile/Argentina should be next.
Just to pass this on, the Apex NC stake just created two wards an 1 branch this past Sunday during Stake Conference. This certainly was only possible because of the change to a two hour church meeting schedule since their buildings were at full capacity. They now have 10 units.
ReplyDeleteVietnam is a major country for growth.
